Account & Data Deletion Request

Purpose

This page explains how to request deletion of your PreOpApp account and associated data.

How to request deletion:

  1. Email support@preopapp.com from the same email address used to sign in to PreOpApp.
  2. Subject line: “Delete my PreOpApp account”.
  3. Include this one sentence: “I confirm I am the account holder for [your email] and request deletion of my account and associated data.”
  4. We’ll send a confirmation email and complete deletion within 30 days (usually faster).

What will be deleted:

  • Account credentials (email/username)
  • App profile and preferences
  • In-app activity tied to your account

What may be temporarily retained (for legal/operational reasons):

  • Minimal logs or records required to detect abuse, comply with law, or resolve billing/chargeback disputes (retained only as necessary, then deleted).
  • We never sell personal data.

Verification

To protect users, we may ask you to reply to a verification email or provide a one-time code before completing deletion.

Children & families

PreOpApp is designed for families and caregivers. If you are a parent/guardian requesting deletion for a minor’s account created with your email, please state this in your request.
